tCI Group Limited (trading as tCI) is the data controller for this website and our learning and enquiry services.

What we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Enquiry data: messages, meeting notes, support correspondence.

How we use your data

We only process personal data where we have a valid legal basis. We rely on legitimate interests for day-to-day operations, enquiries, basic analytics, and security; we use the minimum data necessary, take your rights and expectations into account, and offer straightforward opt-outs. You can object at any time.

Where data comes from

  • From your organisation, where it nominates you for training or assurance activity.
  • From public sources and professional platforms, in a business-to-business context.
  • From our service providers, such as payment confirmations and learning records.

Who we share data with

We share data only with providers that help deliver our services: website hosting and learning management platforms, CRM and email tools (such as HubSpot), payment processors (such as Stripe), analytics and tag management tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager), event, webinar, survey, file storage, and IT support providers, and professional advisers or regulators where required by law. We do not sell your data.

International transfers

Some providers operate outside the UK and EEA. Where this is the case, we put approved safeguards in place, such as standard contractual clauses, to keep your data protected.

How long we keep your data

We retain data for the minimum necessary period for the purpose for which it was collected, and longer if required by a legal dispute or regulatory obligation.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests, withdraw consent where we rely on it, and receive a portable copy of your data.

Marketing

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of our emails, or by contacting us directly. If you opt out, we keep a minimal record so that we do not contact you again.

Automated decision-making and children

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing producing legal or similarly significant effects. Our services are intended for professional adults; we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
